Cask handpump at GBBF 2009. Golden-straw colour. Short head. Very fruity citrus scent. Quite thick and sweet. Very perfumed. Like liquid Turkish Delight. Slightly sticky. Wow.

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 09, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.
Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, moderate to light heavy hoppy, flowers, grass, citrus, orange. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20090805]

Cask - Dartford WMC. Pours dark yellow with a small white head. Quite thick and oily in the glass. Orange peel, piney hops and lemon on the nose. Strong grapefruit flavours, backed by resiny, lemon hops a rich caramel note and biscuity malts, also with a hint of its alcohol content. Smooth palate texture, low carbonation gives quite a crisp, refreshing mouthfeel despite the ABV with a final lingering bitterness.

Cask at The Butchers Arms, Herne:An odd beer this one. A barley wine aroma to it, yet very pale and more like a strong golden ale in flavour. Rich, fruity and quite syrupy.

Cask at GBBF 2009: good balance between malt and hops, alcohol is pretty well hidden, malt, banana, bubblegum, and limonchelo, nice.

Cask@GBBF2009. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is hops, earth, mild alcohol and also a bit spicy. Flavour is quite much the same. Fruity and spicy aftertaste along with a slight alcoholic burn.
