A slightly hazy pale straw colour with a thin patchy white head, not the most attractive beer I’ve seen! The aroma and taste is dominated by lovely fresh floral/citrus hops this lingers on the finish, delicious! The haze and poor head aside this is a cracking beer, packed with flavours that last, wish I’d bought more than one bottle now! From B&M.

Maris (953) - Canberra, AUSTRALIA - APR 25, 2014
From a 500ml bottle on 26/4/2014. Pours a slightly cloudy golden yellow with a small head. Fruity hops and some honey present in the aroma. Flavour wise, it very zesty with orange lemon and grapefruit all there in spades, against a background of grain and bready malt. There’s a distinct dry bitterness as the back which lingers in the mouth for quite a while. The palate is a touch creamy and the carbonation average to lively. This is quite similar to the Oakham Citra in many respects, which is a good thing. Nice stuff.
