Originally a one off special for the Peterborough Beer Festival, Bishops Farewell has become a permanent fixture in the Oakham family.
A strong premium beer of structured quality dominated by elaborate fruity hop notes, with a grainy background and dry finish.

UPDATED: AUG 13, 2007 Cask at Oakham Brewery Tap, Peterborough. One of my favourite all time beers. It is like the JHB with all of the citric hoppiness and tangerine/grapefruit, but there is more body and structure to this beer that makes this stunning. A really good beer
