500ml bottle. Pours clear amber with a decent head and good lacing. Flavours of stone fruits - peach, apricot and nectarine. A good citrus background with a little grass and mild grain. Sweetness and bitterness in very good balance here, leaving a moderate bitter finish. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Very nice indeed, this would make an excellent session beer.

Cask at The Leeky Tap, Leek. A slightly hazy golden colour with a medium white head. Aroma of melon, lemon, some grain and slight floral hops. Taste is similar of melon, lemon, some grain and slight grassy, floral hops. Medium bodied and soft carbonation. A dry, grainy, floral hop bitterness in the finish. A crisp, easy drinking, citrusy golden ale with a grainy background, but not lagerlike and lightly floral late on. A good Oakham beer.

Pint on cask at Charlton Kings Club. Pours a slightly misty gold with a medium white head. Floral, grainy and hoppy aroma. Bitter up front, a sort of grassy bitterness pervades throughout, hoppy in flavour.

Clear gold, not much aroma. Flavour is bitter hop, bittersweet, tangy citrus. A bit more mellow in the aftertaste, some caramel. Sour aftertaste though.

Pints at the Tilley Stone Gateshead. Crystal clear golden body with a half-inch of proud white mousse. Floral aroma, tropical fruit flavour, and what I describe as "green" bitterness on the finish. Seems simple, but more than the sum of its parts.

Cask at brewery Pours a very bright lite orange hue with a nice rocky soapy white head and great lacing once again. These cask ales are pouring perfect from this place. Nose is big floral notes flowers quite lite. Flavors show big floral hops a bit of green apples (old cask?) And big dryness. Finish has lingering floral hops and very dry. Not as good as citra or scarlet macaw but decent.

Pale ale. Watery - very little in initial flavour and long lingering bitterness. Some lemon, grapefruit. Not to my taste really

Cask at The Webb Ellis, Twickenham. Pale yellow, clear, still, small foamy white head. Aroma is biscuity, sugary melon. Body is medium, smooth, low carbonation. Taste is tangerine citrus, supporting biscuity malts, light floral bitterness in the finish. Very drinkable and enjoyable beer, designed for drinking several pints of.
