COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask and bottle; Regular. 4.2% in cask.
The first of our single hop variety beers. We were the first brewery in the UK to use Citra. The beer proved so popular that we will be brewing it again. Permanent from January 2011.
A light refreshing beer with pungent grapefruit, lychee and gooseberry aromas leading to a dry, bitter finish.

500 ml bottle from Birra+. Dark golden yellow, pretty clear, with a small but persistent white head. Not the freshest Citra single hop ever, but still relatively pungent and inviting. Citrus, wet tea leaves, a hint of wild type of fruits/berries, some light bubblegum notes as well in the background. Moderately sweet and slightly astringent upfront, but it ends pretty damn bitter and resinous. Very clean hoppy and piney aftertaste. Extremely thirst quenching and drinkable, slightly watery. Average carbonation, light to medium body, creamy texture. Very pleasent.

Bottle in Belgrade-Serbia. Pours pale golden, just slightly hazy, white medium foam which quickly goes Dow and leaves a bubble lacing on the glass. Nose of fresh and a bit sweet grapefruit, rich aroma of tangerine and marmalade. Mouth: gently bitter start, dry general feel. Pungent bitterness. Lovely! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

This is very good. A proper size bottle, sorry America, this pours a pale amber with a small head which doesn’t stay. Refreshing and crisp with a balanced hop flavour
