3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Cask - The Plastererís Arms, Norwich. Poured a clear, darkish golden yellow with a fine, mostly lasting frothy white head. A lime, lemon, grapefruit, pine, citrus rind & marmalade profile. Crisp, very bright, quite tight, moreish & refreshing. Light to medium body, firm mouthfeel. Simple but effective.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Cask gravity at GBBF 2010. Very pale gold, thin white head. Initially a bit yeasty on aroma but then the hops pick up. Really good lemony hops. Excellent lemon curd flavours. Just so much better than run of the mill beers.

On gravity at Worcester Beer Festival, 14/08/10. Pale gold with a slight, white head. Big, grapefruit hop aroma with a touch of sweetness. Flavour was similar with some added apricot, leading to a long, dry finish. Very good.
