This light igniting ale flickers complex fruits across your tongue leaving a dry fruity bitter finish smothering your thirst. Inferno uses a blend of five different hops from the Yakima Valley to create its floral aroma and unique flavour.

I was surprised by this one. I just chose randomly something from the local shop and expected it to be some tasteless mass product with fancy label for young dudes (don’t ask why I chose this one then). Well I was wrong, this is really tasty and fruity with lots of hoppy flavours. Tasty indeed for such a mild beer. I will most certainly go buy some more of this stuff from the shop 100m from my flat.

Bottle from Morrisons Supermarket 5 ways in Brum. I like this beer. The aroma is somewhat lacking but I like the zesty and bitter contrasts. There is a lemony tone to it that reminds me a touch of the Salopian ’Lemon Dream’ which I like very much. I will be trying this again and hope to try it draught soon.

Das Bier hat eine fast klare dunkel goldgelbe Farbe und eine mittelgroße weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr zitronig hopfig, leicht. Geschmack zitronig hopfig, ordentlich bitter, leichter Körper.

Pastel, yellow gold, misty, with fine and scarce carbonation and a sloppy, messy white foam atop. Big, plump, citrus fruit nose hinting at navel and blood orange, orange marmalade and desert lime with just a hint of toasted, sweet malt. Plenty of pinewood, plenty of peppery spice and plenty of fruit on the palate. Nice, lasting bitterness with a dry finish. Firm feel yet slightly oily and resinous. Malt is grainy and cereal-like with light sweetness aiding the juicy citrus. Only fault, if you can call it that, is a touch of diacetyl that stands out but doesn’t hinder too much. Body is light but there is enough presence. Very refreshing and sessionable. Solid!! (50cL, BB 30/09/15, Luckies Liquor, East Vic. Park)

Bottle from B&M. Pours golden yellow with thin white head. Arpoma has lots going on, citrus, floral, herbal, grassy, straw and mild malt. Taste is initially quite sweet and them medium to strong lingering bitterness and quite dry. A brilliant ale with lots of taste especially as it is rather low in strength. Definitely getting more of this!

A fairly clear golden color with a little head that leaves plenty of lacing on the sides. A noticeably hoppy aroma displays citrus fruitiness and strong grassiness with some balancing pale maltiness. Taste is maltier, as is typical in British ales. Hoppiness is more pronounced than in pale British ales usually but still subdued when compared to American pale ales, for example. Grainy, light sweet pale maltiness features initially, later more bitter and dry with grassy elements rising. The palate is smooth and nearly medium-bodied, a good achievement for a beer this mild. Very drinkable.

Bottle. Pours a clear deep golden colour with a thin white head. Aroma of passion fruit, peach, subtle orange, some grass and floral hops. Taste of fresh floral hops, passion fruit, some straw and orange. Light bodied and soft carbonation. A dry, floral bitterness in the finish. A very pleasant golden ale, not exciting but very sessionable.

Bottle from B&M, Team Valley, Gateshead. Pale golden coloured with a sharp pine, citrus and bitter orange flavour with passion fruit and peach notes followed by a bitter grapefruit finish. Superb!
