This light igniting ale flickers complex fruits across your tongue leaving a dry fruity bitter finish smothering your thirst. Inferno uses a blend of five different hops from the Yakima Valley to create its floral aroma and unique flavour.

I was surprised by this one. I just chose randomly something from the local shop and expected it to be some tasteless mass product with fancy label for young dudes (donít ask why I chose this one then). Well I was wrong, this is really tasty and fruity with lots of hoppy flavours. Tasty indeed for such a mild beer. I will most certainly go buy some more of this stuff from the shop 100m from my flat.

0.5 bottle. Clear, light gold color and a small, thin, white head. Delicate aroma of hay, malts, a touch of floral and fruity scents. Taste is also delicate and includes malts, flowers, and metal. Light body, slick texture, and flat carbonation. Finish is certainly dry but it also introduces an interesting, elderflower-like flavor - quite good in my opinion. Overall a poor example of a blond ale, it simply lacks a strong character.

Mild slightly spicy aroma thatís good but I canít place it, big chunks of sediment floating around but I donít think that hurts it visually, taste is unique of hops but not bitter just flavorful...it grows on you... This oneís a little different and I like that

Pours clear gold. A taste of hay, a little bit roasty with tones of fruit. A very earthen taste, with a lingering palate thatís kind of woody. Definitely a refreshing kind of beer.

Lovely balance between hops and fruit. Zesty and refreshing with a pleasing elderflower finish. The only minus is that it could have done with a bit more carbonation as it was slightly lifeless in the mouth. In any case bottles very well for a relatively low gravity beer. Would like to try on tap.

Pours mid golden clear with a lager head. Aroma gentle sweet lager like. Something that reminds me of sofa. Maybe end of the keg. A bit flat. Bitter but not too in your face. A bit sour hops.
