This light igniting ale flickers complex fruits across your tongue leaving a dry fruity bitter finish smothering your thirst. Inferno uses a blend of five different hops from the Yakima Valley to create its floral aroma and unique flavour.

500 ml bottle from Premier Wine and Spirits. Pours a clear pale golden colour with small white cap. Aroma is effervescent fruit, flowers and hints of spice. Flavour is light, sweet tropical fruit, modest floral hops and a light spiciness. Refreshing, but with some character.

Pours very light golden yellow. Very little head. Light body. Nice bitter finish but other than that nothing amazing going on here.

BOTTLE 50CL. Head: white, medium, frothy, avg. retention. Colour: golden, clear. Aroma: sweet fruit and flowers, ripe peach, honey and some harsher hop notes too (faint pine/resin). Taste: start sweet fruity, followed by moderate bitterness with astringent zesty notes. The fruitiness though, continues all the way through to the finish.

This is a fairly bland beer. Pleasant enough but little interesting features to write home about.

Half liter bottle from Bestway and shared at the Baltimore Late Late Summer Gathering, 9/14/13. Pours a clear golden color with a thin tan head. Decent head retention. Aroma of floral hops, toasted pale malts. The taste is toasted malts, a bit of butter, mild stone fruits, herbal and spicy hops. Medium bodied, well balanced, quite drinkable.

Light and pasty in appearance (which lets it down). Strong grapefruits, melon and a hop inferno. -- rated via 'Find A Beer' for Blackberry 10
