This light igniting ale flickers complex fruits across your tongue leaving a dry fruity bitter finish smothering your thirst. Inferno uses a blend of five different hops from the Yakima Valley to create its floral aroma and unique flavour.

Bottle. Golden yellow, slighty hazy colour with small white head, that sits down quickly and leaves some nice lacing. This beer is brewed with 5 different kinds of hops and that fact gives it the perfect nose. Aroma of hops, spices, grass and also some citruses, mostly grapefruit. Very bitter beer with dry, heavy bitter aftertaste.

Cask at Annie’s Burger Shack, Nottingham. A clear deep golden colour with a thin white head. Aroma of grapefruit, peach, melon and a little grain. Taste again of citrusy dry grapefruit, peach, melon, grain and grassy hop bitterness. Light bodied and a watery texture. A citrusy hop bitterness in the finish. A decent, pleasantly dry golden ale.

Drank from a bottle. The taste is a bit thin but there still some spice there. Not very interesting.

Typical clear yellow pale ale, headless, faint hoppy citrus aroma. Taste is lightly hoppy and dry citrus but lacking much depth.

Cask at Stockbridge Tap. Pours clear golden, nose is sweet toffee, light fruit, taste is quite dry, bitter, juicy citrus.

Cask @ the Bartons Arms, Birmingham. Pale gold with a tiny bit of head. Orange-grapefruit aroma. Taste is bitter, citrussy and full of hop. Thin body. Oakham do so many similar beers, and most of them are good, bit this one’s a bit run-of-the-mill by Oakham standards.

Cask at The Clarendon Arms, Wolverhampton. Unusual to have a guest like this in the Banks’s brewery tap but no complaints! Light Amber beer with a white head, hoppy tastic! Floral Citrus and a bitter hoppy finish. very nice.

Mildly nutty and fruity aroma. Packs a massive grapefruit punch. Very clear and light golden amber appearance ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: OCT 10, 2014 Cask in the Elephant and Castle W8. Light pale yellow gold colour, nice white foam. Strong bitterness, interesting fruity hop, slightly lemon sherbert, hint of sweetness. I found the hops less cloying and whole experience more drinkable than my review of the bottled version suggests. A good one for a few pints.

On cask at the Haymarket. Appearance - pale golden with a proportionate head. Nose - lemon and grapefruit. Taste - Very lemon and pale malt. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy yet dry tangy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - slightly on the too bitter side for me. Would like more malt.
