This light igniting ale flickers complex fruits across your tongue leaving a dry fruity bitter finish smothering your thirst. Inferno uses a blend of five different hops from the Yakima Valley to create its floral aroma and unique flavour.

{thoughts} Slender, fruity and pleasingly bitter quaff.

{elements} Brilliant, straw hue; thin, white froth. Bright peach and grapefruit aroma over a subtle biscuit layer with touches of orange zest and nutmeg. Dry, moderate acidity, moderate bitterness; sharp bitter kick is accented by the dryness; herbal aftertaste. Light bodied, soft carbonation, slick texture. 50 cl bottle.

28/03/2014 Bir&Fud Bottega (500ml bottle). Dorata pallida, limpida, schiuma abbondante, poco persistente. Al naso sentori di malto, biscotto, limone, diacetile. In bocca č spenta, acquosa, manca di spinta. Non pervenuta. Corpo leggero, watery, carbonazione soft. Deludente, in pessime condizioni, da riprovare senz’altro, magari in cask...

Clear golden yellow, small and quickly diminishing white head. Nose is toasty malt, citrus, hops. Flavour is crisp hops, citrus, toasty malt, some vague caramel sweetness dominated by the citric hops. Dry and hoppy finish.

Cask at Tap East, Stratford. Light aroma with some b.o. and a little funky veg. Light body, mild carbonation. A little pissy, with light biscuit, a lemon, light pine with a slightly woody, dry grapefruit finish. Decent., ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Reindeer. Clear golden yellow. Slightly soapy. Floral citrus fruits, bit of grass, sharp sweetness. Not a lot of malt in there. Dry, bitter finish. Nice session, but it dries you out after a while.

Looks like a lager! Great aroma with hops, honey and nice flowery flavours. The taste is mellow but the finish is extremely bitter.

Light hazy pale golden colour with a light pillowy white head. Noses of mango, grapefruit, floral, lemon and significantly of lychees and lightly soapy. Lightly sweet with lots of bitterness following. Thin texture, light body with a short and dry finish. Refreshing but the name is a bit misleading.

Baked cracker and powdered sugar pastry malt with a touch of oxidation. Minimal hop aroma, some fruity and floral notes. Touches of apple, lemon, pepper. Lightly sweet, low carbonation, medium-light body, bitterness sits somewhat low in the finish. Likely not in the best shape. Pale gold. From bottle.
