COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Regular. Aka Jeffrey Hudson Bitter. Also available bottled @ 4.2% abv.
A golden beer whose aroma is dominated by hops that give characteristic citrus notes. Hops and fruit on the palate are balanced by malt and a bitter base. Dry hoppy finish with soft fruit flavors. A nationally respected ale, winner of numerous awards, JHB is a blond baby packed with flavour & perfect for those long sessions as well as a quick pint at lunchtime. This popular beer was crowned Champion beer of britain in the bitter category in 2001 and 1999.
Challenger and American Mount Hood hops.

Cask pint at the Coronation Hall, Surbiton, JDW. Pours clear light yellow with a white head. Aroma of malt with citrus. Biscuity bitter finish. Great summer pint.

Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet honey with some fruity hops. Flavor is citric passion fruit hops with a hay malt touch and a dry finish. Really quaffable and enjoyable.

Solid session ale. Initially quite sweet, hints of ripe pear before delivering some subtle bitterness. Decent lunchtime bitter. Had it as takeaway cask from Noble Green in Hampton Hill, and it was a little flat.

Klar lys gyllen farve med lyst skum som raskt forsvinner. Lukt av malt, sitrus og gress. Smak av malt, sitrus og humle. Fruktig og noe bittersøt avslutning. Flaske 4.2%. Det Gode Brygg.
