Tart gooseberry and soft peach on the nose. Gooseberries and fruit to taste, before an intense bitterness that’s as sharp as a macaw’s screech!

A brown yellow beer, a head is medium and blond. Aroma has strong citrusfruity notes, some black currants and gooseberries, also biscuity maltyness. Taste has biscuits, citrusfruits, nice bite of bitterness. Medium bodied, easy to drink. Slightly harsh bitterness. Nice beer.

Bottle from Home Bargains. (£1) Not too bad. A tiny bit of grapefruit which ends with a very long, dry bitterness. Maybe too long. Good for a quid though. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from Home Bargains for 99p (!!!!!) and quite the bargain at that! A wonderful golden ale, rich aroma of piney hops with varous fruits and a bit of caramel. Taste is wodnerfully balanced sweet and bitter and not watery at all in the mouth, also not too carbonated. Now, I just wish I picked up more than one bottle!

Cask at brewery Pours bright orange hue with a small rocky off white head and awesome lacing. Nose is all nice floral hops some lemon citrus as well. I get the gooseberry a bit as well. Flavors exhibit big bright piney hops. Long finish is with lingering citric notes. This is hard to beat when it comes to golden ales.

Do końca przykrywa piwo białym kocykiem. Barwienia na ściankach średniotrwałe. Zapach : Bardzo pozytywne zaskoczenie. Spodziewałem się sporo karmelu. Dostałem sporą dawkę cytrusów i mocno wyczuwalny agrest. Dodatkowo bardo fajną ziołowo-przyprawową woń. Ponadto na koniec uaktywniła się żywiczna nuta. Jest bardzo oryginalnie!
Smak: Bardzo smaczne!
