Slightly hazed amber pour with a khaki head. Big caramel malt aroma up front. Toast, toffee, and bread notes. Floral and grassy hops on the nose, some straw, and a hint of pine. The flavor is a bit grassy and mildly bitter. A bit of floral and citrus peel, too. Caramel, toffee, and toasted bread makes up the majority of the flavor.

On tap at Rubicon in Sacramento for beer week! Nice aroma I do detect more hops than the usual Amber. Flavour also reflects this. I really like the bitterness on this. Maybea hint of nuttyness or chocolate. Very palatable. Overall a really good really balanced beer.
