Commercial Description:
Cask; Regular. Originally a summer seasonal but now permanent. Also available bottle conditioned.
Clean and crisp with a fruity aftertaste. The use of Saaz hops gives this lager a citrus finish that lingers on.

Cask at GBBF 2008. Pours a pure gold colour with a good grassy hop aroma. Plenty of fruit in the taste with a good hoppy finish.

Cask at Ealing beer fest. Aroma is pale quite sweet malts, with grassy hop. Taste is similar, i find it pritty bland and unexciting if quite drinkable.

Cask at GBBF 08. Golden yellow with great condition, this has a strong grapefruit and peach aroma. It’s almost too fruity - it has almost the intensity of a fruit vinegar. Very bitter and refreshing, this is a very good lager and extremely drinkable. To echo Mes’ comment, if only macro lager brewers made stuff as good as this.

A Mes rate: Gravicask at Ealing Beer Festival.
Bright gold, a good white head and excellent condition. Tangy malt aroma well balanced by some spicy ginger hops. Equally tangy flavour bit this time from some glorious tangerine and peach hoppage. Good earthy malt base. Kick of sweetness just before it is booted out of the way by a surprisingly good bitter finish. Far and away the best cask lager I have had, very impressed. If only there were more beers like this, maybe there would be less InBev in the world...
