Clear medium amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, light roasted. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110430]

Cask@Market Porter, London. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is tealeafs, mild lemon and some slight citrusy notes. Flavour is lemon tea, some floral notes as well as some maltyness. Pleasant and refreshing bitter.

Cask stillage at the Grape and Grain Spring Beer Festival 2012, Crystal Palace. Copper pour with a beige head. Toffee, caramel and orchard fruit nose. Nice flavour of digestive biscuits, fresh bread and caramel. Malty finish.

On cask at the bow bar. Pours a golden colour with a thick white head. Aroma of lemon, yeast, hay and caramel. Similar flavours, quite thin with a grassy finish.

Cask gravity at SIBA BF South East 2011. Clear amber colour withlasting white head. Its a brown bitter that is properly bitter on the finish. Touch of tea on the flavour. But its a tasty standard bitter that is in fact bitter. Some deep orange fruit. Decent bitter.

Full pint from cask@Southampton Arms, London. No head. Body is clear, deep golden with a red glow. Moderate aroma. A certain fruitiness. Notes of bakery and caramel. Light malt body, soft and fairly dry with some toasted notes. Mild bitterness. Some grassy flavoring hops throughout. Feels a bit diluted in the mouth. Easy drinking, not very exciting, though.
