Bottle conditioned, thanks Mike! Amber-brown with caramel and a light metallic earthiness on the nose, Hints of fruiit on the palate, along with a lasting dry peppery bitterness, faint hints of honey and marmalade, and earthy hops.

On cask at the Stockbridge Tap. Appearance - dark amber into toffee. Nice head. Nose - spicy malt biscuits and toffee. Taste - chocolate biscuits. Spice like in a Rye beer. Palate - medium bodied with a crunchy texture and a fairly fresh finish. Overall - good example of a Bitter.
