Light body with hints of maple, finishing with a subtle touch of smokiness.

Tap at 16 Tons. Light yellow pour with a wispy white head and light lacing. Straight out of the gate you can tell this is a strange one, the aroma mixes smoke with maple syrup and wheat/hay with a light bit of lemon zest. It doesnít taste any less strange, with the maple and grain notes up front and a huge amount of smoke to finish. I canít say that I love this brew, but itís definitely wacky enough that people should try it once.
