[5117-20130210] Tap. Fragrant floral grass and lemon summer breeze aroma. Clear, light orange brown body with a quick foamy white head. Bitter grassy lemon hops and grains flavour. Medium body. Good. (7/3/6/3/13) 3.2

On tap at bar hop. Gold, medium carbonation, fizzy thin white head. Aroma of grain, floral, alcohol, a hint of grass and barnyard. Not as exciting on the palate. Watery with a cereal backbone. Slightly metallic on a dry finish. Bland.

This APA poured a clear light yellow colour with a big, bright white head. Scents include spruce, grass and citrus herb. Light vanilla and ripe fruit too. First sip was quite hoppy with flavours of pineapple and grass. Medium bitter finish with hopps lingering.

On tap - hazed gold with a large puffy cap which lasts. Aroma is dmure... citrusy hops and peachy esters with some funk from the Belgian yeast. Flavor is much the same as aroma - Pale malt balanced with citrus bite, fruity, clean finish with increasing resinous bittering. A mild mellow version of a pale ale, very approachable.

Beautiful hop driven beer! At 5% abv. so nice to see a flavourful, yet sessionable beer these days. Technically well made and exceptonal balance. Juicy palate with a clean, fresh finish that is filled with citrus notes. Very excited about these guys... one of my favourite beers in Ontario!

On tap at Volo. Pours a clear golden colour with average white head. Aroma is chewy, honeyed grains and fruit. Flavour is quite fruity with some honeyish grains and a light spiciness. Nothing special, but clean and has a little going on.

2013-02-10. Crisp golden body small white head. 3++ Modest aroma, grassy hops, lightly fruity, pale malt. 6+ Flavour has a decent amount of bitterness. Grassy lightly fruity hop character. Average bodied palate, suitable carbonation. Quaffable, enjoyable. Rhino Winter Festival, Toronto

Bottle from brewery. Pours golden and clear. Rich fruity aroma, also somewhat floral, with honey notes. Bright fruity taste up front - I can pick out cherries and peaches - fighting constant bitter, sour, and dry flavours. Finally leading to a bitter floral finish. Feels thin - maybe Im not used to 5% abv IPAs anymore (Im more of a 6.5% guy). Overall a good effort - I enjoyed it and my wife loved it. I look forward to trying more beers from these guys.
