Beautiful hop driven beer! At 5% abv. so nice to see a flavourful, yet sessionable beer these days. Technically well made and exceptonal balance. Juicy palate with a clean, fresh finish that is filled with citrus notes. Very excited about these guys... one of my favourite beers in Ontario!

UPDATED: JAN 20, 2013 Poured from a Growler. Aroma was all hops. Not very complex, but very nice nonetheless. Juicy, citrusy hops. Some peach juice, strawberries? Taste same as aroma, but with a touch of honey (flavor not sweetness). Clean finish, but with lasting hop bitterness. Mouthfeel was a bit light with average carbonation, if not a bit low. Overall, a good sessional beer.

Bottle, pours a medium yellow, kind of a light copper colour, aroma is quite hoppy. flavour is fruity and lots of it. A very light bitterness, but theres lots of hop is the flavour and it is quite nice. Very drinkable

UPDATED: FEB 11, 2013 Rerate - Pale golden pour with a tight white head. The aroma is a little bit peppery and spicy. A touch of light spiciness and some odd sort of yeasty spiciness and some weird yeast lysed character. Moderately hoppy with a bit of spiciness as well. A little bit papery and somewhat oxidized. A touch of lingering bitterness. 6 3 6 3 12

On tap - hazed gold with a large puffy cap which lasts. Aroma is dmure... citrusy hops and peachy esters with some funk from the Belgian yeast. Flavor is much the same as aroma - Pale malt balanced with citrus bite, fruity, clean finish with increasing resinous bittering. A mild mellow version of a pale ale, very approachable.

Draught@Riverbend Inn, Niagara. Deep golden color, white head. Herbal hop and honey aroma. Aromatic, resiny hop flavor. Medium-full body, medium carbonation. Pretty good!

This gold-coloured, five-per-cent alcohol ale is excellent. It poured with a decent head and had a citrus aroma and flavour. It’s well-hopped, but not enough to scare away non-hop heads.

Different aroma on this. Has what almost tastes like anise along with the hops. It follow through on taste and makes for interesting drink. Pours golden clear with a little lacing. Medium to light bitterness. Pretty high carbonation. Tap at volos.

Draught at Rhino Winter Beer Festival, Feb. 10. Pours a clear deep gold with an average size semi-lasting bubbly white head. Nice aroma of herbs, light hops and some perfumy notes along with a hint of butteryness (but not in a bad way). Flavour is herbal and yeasty along with some hops and light spices in the finish. Average to medium bodied. Pretty good.
