3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
750 mL bottle. Perhaps not as dry as it should be, and lacking a little in funk. Tasty beer, though.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
750 mL bottle from LCBO served cool in a tulip glass. Hazy light golden with a full white froth. Citrus, grassy, peppery, lots of yeast and some wet bread dough, playful fruity esters, a touch of funk, excellent. Medium body, fairly lively effervescence. Richly fruity with restrained spiciness, a little alcohol, fairly full yeast character; off dry with gentle bitterness and a long, slightly spicy, citrus and estery finish. Almost as good as Saison Dupont.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Corked and caged 750ml. Hazy golden pour, huge, pillowy head. Nice wheat, grassy aroma. Lots of lemon, lemon zest, touches of funk. A spectacular to style saison aroma, a subtle pepper/spiciness, with a gorgeous medium bitter finihs, with loads of cereals, touches of funk, and some grassy hops.

4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Smells very refreshing, coriander, wheat, belgian yeast and a bit of farmhouse tart character. Very hazy yellow, long lasting white head and streaming bubbles. Aesthetically pleasing. Tart flavors upfront, some citric notes clean middle and finishing with some belgian yeast sweetness, spice and grassy hoppyness. Quite nice. Medium bodied, highly carbonated. Refreshing saison but seems overpriced for what it is.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
It comes in a corked 750-millilitre bottle and is unfiltered and bottle-seasoned, which accounts for its slightly cloudy appearance. It has a fruity yeast aroma and some spicy citrus in the flavour. Excellent.

Ta Joe. Clear golden yellow pour. Lively carbonation allows for a large frothy white head and lace. Spicy yeast aroma. Refreshing texture. Crisp bitter tang. Malty wheat flavour of spices, corriander and cinnamon. Pleasant ale.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from the brewery. Pours a hazy pale orange/yellow with a bunch of white head that dissipates somewhat quickly. Smell is some grass, lots of citrus, and some farmhouse. Palate is medium bodied with good carbonation. Taste is a bit sweet at first then mixes with some sourness before getting decently bitter. The aftertaste is a bit sweet at first though loses out to the long lasting bitterness in the end. Quite a decent saison, glad it’s close enough for me to grab tons of it.
