Boutip (4656) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - MAR 2, 2014
Bottle: Poured a dirty cloudy beige color male with a nice huge white foamy head with great retention and some very good lacing. Aroma consists of light rustic flavours with some light yeasty and bready notes. Taste is dominated by quite a peppery yeasty punch with some rustic malt flavours with light hay notes. Body is full with great bottle conditioning and some strong carbonation. Very enjoyable and easily drinkable with nice spicy and peppery notes.

750ml bottle. Hazy golden body with huge white head, excellent retention. Aroma of yeast, wheat, watercress, green grapes, leather, lemon zest. Taste is definitely yeasty, with a good dose of herbal hops, spices, lemon zest. Average carbonation for the style. Very good.

Freaky_tiki (486) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 21, 2014
UPDATED: JAN 22, 2014 Pours golden with foamy champagne style cap. This is a crisp saison, with a carbonation tweaked tighter than a crack smoking mayor. Every pour pops the foam over the rim. Nice saison effects: grass, lemon zest, yeast. Refreshing.

750ml bottle. Bottled Jun 14, 2013. Pours a fairly clear light golden colour with a two finger, fluffy, off-white head. Aroma has notes of lemon and orange citrus, yeast, candy sugar, and slight bubble gum. Taste is crisp. Notes of citrus and yeast. Slightly dry finish. Low-medium body with a medium-high carbonation. Crisp and refreshing in the mouth with an effervescent carbonation. Overall pretty good. Might get again.

Metalchopz (2217) - Cantley, Quebec, CANADA - JAN 6, 2014
Single bottle from the LCBO, brown, wine-looking with a cork, cage and nice flag label around neck. Pours a hazy golden-yellow colour with a frothy white head, lots of retention and foamy lacing. Beautiful nose of Belgian Ale yeast, spices, oranges, wheat, apples and mild grass. Crisp refreshing mouthfeel with just a tad of dryness. Wheat taste with some peach notes and the grass counter-balancing. Quite a nice saison and my first from this brewery. Really hoping we can try some more from them.

Lubiere (9793) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 31, 2013
A hazed golden saison with a super thick frothy white head. In aroma, a sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, fruity esters, citrusy, coriander notes, nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with curacao, coriander, cream cream and bananas, silky, very nice. Bottle from LCBO.

Spab (2304) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 11, 2013
750 ml bottle from LCBO. Pours a lightly cloudy bright golden colour with large, puffy white head with solid retention and steady stream of bubbles as well as a few small floaties. Aroma is sweetish apple, spice and grass with a light funky yeastiness. Flavour is also gently funky with a lot of overripe apple, light banana and wheat, as well as some spicy grassiness. Medium body. Good but not worth the price.

750 mL bottle. Perhaps not as dry as it should be, and lacking a little in funk. Tasty beer, though.
