Clear glass bottle from Ambrosetti, dated 13.6.2014 on the cap. Pale piss yellow body, nose is very sweet apple juice. Crisp medium body, sweet but not cloying taste of apple, booze is relatively well-integrated, clean with a little verve.

Bottle, bought @ Bierspezi Hoheluft, Hamburg.
Pale golden pour with a slight green hue. Small, fizzy, white head. Aroma has fresh apple, soft bit of sulphur, light zesty peel. High to medium carbonation, fairly oily and a bit dry mouthfeel. Flavour has firm apple, light sugary sweetness, some mild tartness. Green apple zestiness in there as well. A bit of metal dryness detracts, but this is a pleasant surprise.

Bottle 0,33l. Pale yellowy clear with weak fizzy head, that disappears in seconds. Aromas are apple, tannine, wood. Palate is watery, carbonation mouthful and weak. Taste apples, winey, and some dryness in the aftertaste. Finish is balanced, tart and dry. Overall, rather drinkable cider and not too sweet .
