UPDATED: JUN 18, 2015 Nice Amber ale. Saw a rating on BA that listed the Abv as higher, maybe new formulation? Grassy herbal hops. Almost like it had a rich spiced vein running in the back taste. Another good sessionable Ale from this brewery. Serving: Tap

Look: pours Amber in color with an off white head, almost light brown. Very clear. Smell: hot alcohol smell. Sweet toffee and caramel. Slight hop under tones. Taste: slight bitterness with heavy alcohol. Slight sweet taste. Minimal hop flavor. Feel: thin mouth feel. Medium carbonation. Overall: ok beer. Looking for more hop flavor and aroma. First drank: 11/1/14 Obed & Issacs brew pub.

Draft. Deep amber body. Frothy, off-white head. Aroma of raw grain, caramel and floral hops. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture and lively carbonation. Lingering bitterness in the finish. Taste of grain and caramel with a hint of fruit juice.

Sampled at the brewpub. Dark brown and some red. This is a malty beer with biscuit and graham crackers. Hops are citrus and mildly bitter. It is rich and sweet. Hops might be Cascade with the citrus. No peat to be found.

On tap at the brewpub. Comes a clear amber with a decent white head. Aroma of malt and hops. Taste is sweet malt and grassy hops. Nice balance. Pretty good.
