Kind of a nutty bitter taste on this one. Draft at brewpub. Hardly any head with dark orange pour. Not much aroma. Slight pine taste too. Interesting

Draft. Deep golden body. Off-white head, slowly diminishing. Aroma of citrus, raw grain, floral hops and pine. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Run of the mill APA. Husky grain taste along with some floral hops and pine.

Sample at the brewpub. This is very dark golden and is opaque. A small off white head. Soft citrus hops and sweet caramel in the aroma. A nice tart bitter grapefruit flavor begins the flavor. That dominates. Caramel offsets somewhat. This is not at all complex but is tasty.

An unusual citrusy hop comes through on this one. Almost peppery? Solid sessionable ales that aren’t overwhelming but still flavorful are something they do well. Serving: Tap
