Dorqui (1797) - Brescia, ITALY - DEC 29, 2004

Little dense and long-lasting foam. Yellow color clearly much limpid and diamond. Delicate aroma without pretensions. Medium taste with a body not too much strongly. Decided, bitter in prominence but altogether very balanced flavor. Not watery but very refreshing. One agreeable surprise.

Not too bad a brew. Needs something to make it more authorative but all in all a tasty beer. Nice head & nice aftertaste..somewhat wheaty. Good with poultry & soups.

Bottled. Pale straw colour, thin head. Neutral smell and taste, some bitterness in the aftertaste. Contains wheat malt. Kind of "youth" beer...
