UnholyBrewing (322), Melbourne, Australia Jun 1, 2008 ...big bottle. Well, cheap, but there’s obviously a reason. Lacks flavor, too watery, slight hop notes, but not really worth it. I guess if you got a bunch of these bottles, you could get drunk, but that’s about it. Very bland, and cardboard-like flavors, but I guess it’s worth the money. Lunkie (1020), Glen Iris, Australia May 10, 2008 Spicy malt aroma with hints of salami??? Clear amber colour with no head or lacing. Stale malt flavour. Flat palate. larsga (2447), Oslo, Norway Sep 2, 2007 Medium white head does not last. Yellow body with light carbonation. Light rubbery aroma, very neutral. Light malty rubbery taste, equally neutral. Notes of paper in the finish. Obviously well made, but almost the definition of what’s wrong with industrial brewing. In a word, it’s BORING. (0.5l bottle, streetside café, Lviv.) bluevegie (1814), Perth, Australia Dec 30, 2006 Straw golden body with an average white head. Grains on the nose also in the taste, notice the adjuncts. Not great but drinkable. mansquito (661), Boston/Philadelphia, USA Nov 23, 2006 The beer had no head and could have easily been mistaken for apple juice by an inexperienced observer. However, the taste was a little bit better than the appearance. Had a nice sweet tinge to it, but really not too much taste apart from this. My father said that they were just trying to copy the Germans... maybe I don’t know. Overall, it is a drinkable, but even and pretty mediocre beer.
