2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Clear gold with a good, long-lasting 1" foam head. Streaks of lace. Light malt is complemented by floral hops - both move straight to the finish in an easy, unassuming manner. This is a simple drink, straight-forward and drinkable.

Bottle. Pours clear with a stable white head. Light golden colour. hoppy and citric aroma with a touch of metal. Rather watery. Tastes of hop and leaves a dryish aftertaste with a metallic finish. Not a masterpiece, but I have tasted worse things.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
500ml bottle pours a pale golden color with a small white head that disappears quickly leaving some spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma is grainy and grassy. Taste is grainy malt sweetness with a grassy bitterness. Standard macro lager style ale which is not desirable and not recommended.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
500ml green bottle. Yellow pour, white cap. Medium sized white head, some decent lacing in the glass. Nose is grassy, slightly skunky. Taste is grainy and dry with some grass. Lots of straw at the end. Light mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Tastes pretty cheap as everything I’ve had from Obolon does. Pretty unremarkable.

2.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
What the hell? Clearly states ale on the bottle. Nose a thousand skunk cabbage plants. Hazy light yellow, looks like helles. Flavor is a weak bitter. This seems like a light Czech pilsner. Crisp start, but goes watery due to the flavor shortage. Hey it’s another cheap lager, and not that bad either. Brought to you by Doyna in Brooklyn, who also import Baltika’s caustic range.

Clear yellow with a white head. Popcorn and cabbage aroma. Taste is lightly sweet malt with toasty notes and a lightly bitter, dry finish. One of the more enjoyable goofy eastern euro-lagers.
