From bottle, blind tasting at Papsoes - beer no 30. Pours pale yellow with a lacing white head. Aroma is grainy to grassy and with a note of cardboard. Flavour is cardboard, bitterhops and dry malt base. Nothing fancy but not offensive.

(Bottle 50 cl) Clear, fully golden with a small, white head. Rather dry with a somewhat ashy, short bitterness. No real pleasure. 300805

UPDATED: MAR 4, 2005 Bottled. Golden colour. Sweet and raw with harsh, fizzy mouthfeel. Adjuncts are obvious, an after a few sips the butyric acid is getting near unbearable. Crap.

Hazy blond color. Strange hay and cereals aroma. The flavor is too simple, a bit of paper.

Bottle. A clear, pale golden beer with a white head. Quite fruity nose with resemblence to canned fruits in syrup, and with some cellar. Sweet, lightly cellarish flavor with fruit syrup and bitterness. Pleasant bitterness in the finish. Medium body with nice level of carbonation, dry. There’s nothing impressive about this one, but a decent and quenching beer it is. A bit on the syrupy sweet side though. 090913
