Commercial Description:
It is dark beer. It has a nice sweetish flavour of caramel malt. It passes wonderfully to sweet and spicy dishes. 14.5P

A red beer with a fine dense beige. The aroma is of cowberries and malt. The flavor is sweet of berries especially cowberries and it has a rather hop and dry end.

(Bottle 50 cl) Beautiful almost caramel-like coloured with a neat, light-brown head. Sweetisk but no way cloying, with both caramel and toffee on the palate and a discreet underlying bitterness. Actually a very nice beer. (My label reads 5,3% ABV) 080904

Very dark burgundy colour. Light toffee and smoked plum aroma. Thin body. Big macro grainy toasty and rather sweet character. The molasses notes work nicely, the corn syrup notes not so much. Hints of demerara on and off. Finishes quickly, and with no shortage of wateriness amidst random brown sugar notes.

50 cL bottle (Obolon deep velvet). Pours deep amber to brown, visible, and with a lacing light brown head. Mild roasted malt aroma. Mildly sweet and with a roasted malt flavour, slight marzipan flavoured. Ends with a mild bitterness and a woody note.
