2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Skunked aroma, with minty hops. Clear yellow, thin white head. Grainy and grassy, with no transitions. Alcohol not noticeable. Neither too sweet nor too dry. More flavorful than ordinary swill but not very interesting. Lawnmower beer, maybe.

0.8 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 2/20
Bottle from Cyprus. Pours a sinister bright yellow gold and the head disappears to leave a frightful looking beverage. The aroma is more of a stench: of plastic kernels and sawdust. Thin, but the plastic flavors linger longer than they need to with sweet vinyl and latex. Barely drinkable.

1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Sweet malty notes with notes of vegetables/carrots. Moderately sweet flavour, light bodied with a light carbonation. Slightly corny malty taste with veggie notes; slim and moderately sweet malty finish, which seems to be the best part of this brew. 01.XI.10

1.8 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle. Pours bright golden with a large, quickly dissipating white head. Quite a bit of carbonation. Chto zhe skazat’? Pretty indistinguishable from many other Ukrainian pale lagers, including Obolon’s, except, maybe, that is has less flavor, which is both good and bad. Aroma and flavor are generically sweet with almost no hoppiness. Sort of sour and grassy.
