3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
12oz Bottle. The pour was a murky dark brown with a large (2-3 finger) light brown creamy head that reduced steadily, down to a thin film and large collar with good streaky lacing.
The aroma was kind of sweet with a definite lactose sugar scent with some roasted grain malts and a doughy yeast and had notes of vanilla, milk chocolate, coffee and a very, very light hint of coconut.
The taste was lightly malty and a tad sweet with a decent chocolate presence early on, and then became slightly milky with a does of coffee, a bit of vanilla and a hardly noticeable hint of coconut at the finish. The flavor was short lived and faded very quickly from the taste buds.
Mouthfeel was almost medium in body and rather watery in texture with a mild carbonation.
Overall this brew was tasty, but rather thin for a Porter. Although I believe calling it Toasted Coconut is kind of redundant, as it is barely noticeable in the taste or the aroma...

2.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle. Pours a very dark brown with a fairly small head. Nose has some toasted notes to it with just a hint of underlying sweetness. Coconut is slight, but noticeable. Not a fan.

2 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Dark brown pour with a tan/white head. Not much aroma but some coffee smell. Not much coconut flavor at all

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Cola colored brew with a thin, tan head. Weak aromas of roasted grains. Taste is extremely one dimensional. All I taste is roasted grains, and some weak hints at mild cocoa. Bittersweet finish. A bit watery, and artificial. My main issue with this beer is that I donít get any coconut flavor at all. A lackluster porter.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle From ABC Fort Lauderdale. Pours Coca-Cola brown with a small khaki head. Slight roasted note on the nose. Not getting any coconut. As others have said itís just a regular ass porter which is to say itís solid but not spectacular and certainly not memorable.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
I dunno, I guess Iím a sucker for a decent porter. I havenít had anything of note from this brewery, but hell, Iíd buy a sixer of this. Nose is sweet chocolate, a tad of roast, grain, and not a lot of coconut. Just a hint. Same for the taste. A bit of a metallic vibe sometimes, but otherwise easy and tasty. Light palate. Pours very dark brown with a creamy mocha head and light lacing.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pours dark with a quickly disappearing tan head. Aroma of burnt coffee with a hint of coconut. Palate is very watery. With a nice bittering at the end. Overall a poor example of a porter.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
UPDATED: MAY 4, 2014 WDW bottle. Cool, an unexpected SC tick (that later swapped to FL). In the grand scheme of things it was a nice, drinkable porter but seemed more coffee-esque than focused on coconut to me. Nice though.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
12oz bottle from smith4498, thanks Jason! Pours a very deep brown, almost black colored body with a thin, frothy, tan head that dissipates quickly and leaves a light lacing. Aroma is milky and dark chocolates, toasted nuts, a moderate roast, a light vanilla, and a touch of coconut. Flavor is thinner, but similar with more coconut coming out towards the end. An initial milky and dark chocolate sweetness with a moderate roast backing, a good amount of vanilla, and a bit of a nutty toast. The vanilla kicks it up a notch and the coconut milkiness comes out more before this finishes fairy dry with a light, roasty bitterness and a chocolate, vanilla, light coconut sweetness. Lengthy aftertaste following a light-medium body and a medium-light carbonation. Overall, a decent porter with a solid chocolate, roast, and vanilla/coconut sweetness. A bit thin, but fairly enjoyable.
