3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Pours sparkling light yellow with a small, fizzy, white head, somewhat diminishing with no lacing. The white head is initially very large yet diminishes leaving the bubbles to themselves. Aroma is heavy straw and apple. Light bodied, fizzy and dry, bitter finish.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle... C&P’sLYFO Throwdown... Perfectly clear – looks like water – kinda cool. Smells nice – very appley and nectar-esque. Medium-bodied with an astringent mouthfeel and lively carbonation. The flavor is of apples, but boy is it dry. Crisp, lightly acidic, bone-dry finish. Thanks to TheCheeseMan for sharing this bottle! * * Video = http://homepage.mac.com/maltajo/RATEBEER/iMovieThe

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Uploaded info, and sent in a picture. I am still a bit of a cider (at least craft cider) newbie. Aroma is sweet, with apple, butterscotch, cinnamon and some alcohol. No head, but some fizz on pour. Barely off-white tinge. Some legs down the glass. Very very dry!! I can’t emphasis enough how dry this is. I know that is warns "trocken" (or dry), but this is mouth puckering. Nice bite of green apple flavor once you are past the dryness. Watery mouthfeel some pleasent bubbles. Light alcohol taste on the finish. Not bad.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle, shared with my wife and Grippitis. Very pale yellow, very slightly green highlights, brisk fine carbonation. Aroma is tart apple and champagne yeast. Lovely champagne-like profile with tart apples closest to granny smith in character, some light green grape, beautiful champagne yeast character. Very light, refreshing, dry. Outstanding.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pours a very light yellow color with a white head. I get a lot of apple and almond notes, as well as a little sake-like character and some alcohol.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle shared by TheCheesMan! thanks Dan. Pours a perfectly clear, and ridiculously light-0 looked like sparking water- crazy! A bit of a diminishing foamy head as well. Aroma is tart red and green apples mixed together, nice acidity, mineral, chalk and slate, with slight herbs and earth. Flavor is more mineral- like, good fresh pressed apple cider, slight light almond, - very clean overall- and very very dry, with a slight green hint throughout. Extremely refreshing, clean and just perfect for sitting outside on a sunny hot 85 degree day in Florida.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pale yellow with a faint ring of white head. Nose is tart apples, band aid, and crisp. Easy on the palate, rather tart, green apples, faintly acidic, and a smooth finish.
