Clear red brown coloured with a creamy beige ehad.
Light roasted aroma of coffee, liquorice and dried fruits.
Roasted flavour of coffee and liquorice with notes of dried fruits.
Dry roasted finish. fiulijn (5880), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy Mar 5, 2008 Draught at Haket bar och sån´t, Göteborg Mahogany color. Aroma of caramel and dirty water. Harsh mouthfeel; caramel and chocolate and too much roasted malt flavor; smoother at the end, still too coffeish. thewolf (3970), Kolding, Denmark Apr 29, 2008 Tap @ Den Tatoverede Enke, Cph.
Pours deep black with red edges. Fine creamy beige-white head. Aroma is lightly roasted, some crystal maltiness and brewing cereal. Low carbonation, still a bit thin. Flavour starts off quite unimpressive and thin with a bit of lightly roasted maltiness and sweetness. The aftertaste is very nice though, and saves this beer some of the way. Wonderful dry chocolate in this finish.
