Bottle. Dark orange brown colour with a large head. Sweet malt aroma. Bittter fruity malt flavour.

Flaska 50 cl. Mörk brunröd öl, med svagt vitt skum. Dofter av toffee, choklad och päron. Fin liten beska möter en viss fruktighet, smörkola och röda bär. Jatack, jag tar gärna en till.

Aroma: Smelling faintly of toffee, honey and pears.
Appearance: The beer is dark copper hued, has an off-white small head, some lacing. Small curtains.
Taste: Sweet bread with syrup, grass and ripe apples, bitter apple seeds.
Palate: Low carbonation, fresh and smooth feeling, a medium body and a dry smooth finish.
Overall: A very nice honest real ale!

Bottle big thanks to Matt. Fresh laundry, ripe blackcurrant, red apple chocolate and oatmeal aroma: that’s an 8, easy. Dark ruby with a loose but persistent beige foam. Excellent juicy blackcurrant Ribena and hedgerow notes over solid husk, chocolatey and digestive malts. Really tasty; in fact, the best Swedish beer I’ve tasted to date.

Flaska från SB. Helt OK. Typisk "rå" engelsk ale som avslutas med en kärv lite bitter touch.

Bottled. Pours copper with a big huge white head. Smells citrus hoppy, abit woody. Tastes sour, citrus and very bitter with a similar finish.

Clear dark brown - orange amber colour with a small to average, frothy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, earthy - nutty, light pale nuts. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120420]
