Draught at The Rover, Göteborg. On March 29, 2011
Clear copper color, dense tan head. Fruity, bitter, metallic, grainy, berry taste. Smooth yet a bit to the thin side mouthfeel. Bitter aftertaste. Fruity, berry, sweet scent. Medium bitterness.
I like it, not too much poking you for attention, just a nice smooth easy to drink, nice ale. Go get it!

50cl bottle, courtesy of and shared with Gnoff.

Draught. High creamy lasting white head. Clear ruby body. Mild berries caramel aroma. Surprisingly sweet and yet bitter berries caramel flavor with a low carbonation and a short aftertaste.

Brown coloured and clear. Has an off-white head, medium duration. Aroma is sweet, malty, sharp notes of nuts. Flavor start sweet, then more nuts, a bit unpleasent. Dry, astringent texture.

Bottle big thanks to Matt. Fresh laundry, ripe blackcurrant, red apple chocolate and oatmeal aroma: that’s an 8, easy. Dark ruby with a loose but persistent beige foam. Excellent juicy blackcurrant Ribena and hedgerow notes over solid husk, chocolatey and digestive malts. Really tasty; in fact, the best Swedish beer I’ve tasted to date.

Svesse (7849) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - APR 1, 2011
(Draught at Man in the Moon, Stockholm, 30 March 2011) Dark red colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, slightly fruity nose with notes of red fruit, caramel and hints of chocolate. Malty, fruity taste with dark fruit, caramel and a fairly dry finish with a mild, spicy bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Soft and rounded with a balanced, citric bitterness. Quite nice.

larsga (7293) - Oslo, NORWAY - MAY 11, 2012
Huge beige head keeps rising, eventually growing a foam hat out of the glass. Clear amber body with strong carbonation. Earthy dusty burnt caramel aroma with milky peas notes. Dry-sweet roasty wooden earthy taste with notes of burnt peas. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dry earthy licorice and burnt caramel aftertaste with wooden milky notes. Unusual, vivid and clear, and highly drinkable, with lots of flavour. (0.5l bottle, Systembolaget Nordstan, Göteborg.)
