Served on tap at Oliver Twist in Stockholm, Sweden. Pours a dark amber color with a foamy white head. Citrus hops have a strong presence in the aroma balanced by hints of malt. This beer is preety smooth drinking but tastes kind of watered down. There is a malty presence balancing out the dry hop finish. Average IPA

Amber body with a huge lasting white head; Very special nose, lots of soft malts with menthol or camphor hop aromas; Super full body, to sweet with only a little sparkle; Lots of malt sweetness in long finish, some hop bitterness but mostly malt. Not good enough.

On tap @ EBF. Golden body with a big off-white head. Dark golden body with a big off-white head. Relatively moderate aroma of hops and fruit. Flavor is well balanced, soft malty with a dry bitterness. English inspired with a nice bitter finish, fine but not outstanding.

EBF2008. It’s a warm golden beer with a small, creamy head. The aroma has notes of hops and fruit. The flavour has a caramel sweetness, notes of fruity hops, mango, papaya and it’s nice, uncomplicated and refreshing.

[on tap at EBF 2008] Nice balance of sweet 2-row and pilsner-like hops along with some sulfur. Clear gold with nice lacing and a lasting, white cover. Very nice malt flavour with lotus root and a little caramel. Slight diacetyl that works well in this beer. Light to medium body, moderate carbonation, moderately bitter finish.

On tap at Bishops Arms, Vasagatan, Stockholm. Hazy old gold with a stable yellowish head. Modest earthy hops aroma. In the mouth the hop bitterness makes itself felt with earthiness prevailing. Medium body. Decent.

Tap @ EBF, 2008, Carlsberg.
Pours golden with a medium, creamy, white head. Aroma has good pine, light melon and grapefruity hoppiness. Fine, dry mouthfeel, though it is a tad watery. Flavour is powerfully bitter, very dry, good pine, not so good cardboard. Okay maltiness and a long, staying, dry finish.
