Backlog. 2011-version. On tap at Green Lion Inn. Im not really a fan of the winter-seasonals and this was just one in the line of un-impressing winter-seasonal.

Really good smell. The taste is heavenly good but the black malt sneaks himself surprisingly forward. The aftertaste is long and good but not too dry. Really good beer as me. Not like other Christmas beers I’ve tried. Follow me @ Kung av öl @ Facebook for more pictures and ratings.

Bottle from Systembolaget web shop. Hazy dark reddish brown with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, dark fruit and light spicy. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. I had this on the evening of the hottest day of the year where temperatures had reached more than 30 degrees. It still worked well :-) 020813
