Brewed for The Bishops Arms in Borås, Sweden. Brewed with Maris Otter Pale Ale Malt, Cara-, Crystal, Black- and wheatmalt. Bittering Hops: Perle & Pilgrim BU:30. Aroma Hop: East Kent Goldings

Drasught at SBWF09. Pours out in a dark brown colour with ruby edges. Small off-white head. Rosated aroma of coffee, dark chocolate and figs. Medium-bodied with notes of roasted malts, coffee and mild spices. Medium-bitter finish of cocoa and black coffee.
