Clean dark amber color. Quite strong yeasty aroma (baking yeast). The body is a bit thin, caramel flavor, the final is even a bit astringent. The final is short.

Nov 19, 2007 Cask @ Bishops Arms, Malmö. Pours a dark amber reddish color with a msall off-white head. Sweet malty and fruity caramel aroma. Thin malty fruity hoppy flavor with some hints of caramel. Sweet malty watery finish with some hoppy hints.

Rather light-bodied and soft and smooth. Pretty malty with notes of nuts.

Oct 14, 2007 Cask at Bishop’s Arms, Malmö. Clear reddish. Aroma of fruits and caramel. Flavor is nice with moderate maltiness and some bitterness, but mouth feel is far too watery.
