Sep 24, 2007 Cask at Stockholm Beer Festival 2007. A nutbrown beer with a thin rim of beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with primary notes of nuts, but also a light flowery hoppy note. The flavor is nicely malty with notes of nuts, citrus, toffee, and bisquits, and the mouthfeel is smooth, but the body is thin.

Sep 22, 2007 Cask at Stockholm Beer Festival. Dark amber. Fruity and quite sweet. Medium bodied with soft mouthfeel. Lightly roasty with some phenols and hay. Salty finish with low bitterness. Very British in style.

Sep 28, 2007 Cask@SBWF2007. Amber colour, not much head. Aroma is fruits, slight earthyness and some mild caramel. Flavour is fruits, earth, yeast and quite much wood. Nice brew from a brewery that by the time of SBWF2007 first weekend had been open for a few weeks...

Clean dark amber color. Quite strong yeasty aroma (baking yeast). The body is a bit thin, caramel flavor, the final is even a bit astringent. The final is short.

Ruby color, small off-white head. Malty, a bit caramelly nose. Easy to drink, a bit earthy, woody hoppy, especially in the aftertaste. Very clean especially for being 2 weeks old brewery.
