3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
A light orange beer with a quite weak and blond head. Aroma is strongly citrusfruity, peaches, caramel, some mandarin. Taste has caramel malts, oranges, peaches, some pine, the bitterness is more noticed in the end and that’s slightly herbal. Medium and nice bodied, quite smooth. Quite nice and citrusfruity beer.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a medium amber crystal clear body with an off-white head of decent life-time, good lacing. Very strong aroma that is hoppy and sweet. Sweet tropical fruits, sweet caramel, and crisp, lager-like, pale malt in the back. Unfortunately there are also traces of butter. The taste is moderate to light sweet with a pretty heavy, long-lasting, grapefruity finish. The bitterness is a bit sharp and stingy, but nevertheless pleasantly biting. Also a nice dose of tropical fruits, and again hints of butter in the back, without being very annoying. Medium to light body, dry texture, moderate carbonation. A tad too buttery and sweet, but this is still a crisp-ish and dry beer.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Cask at the Green Lion, Malmo. Poured a hazy light amber with a bubbly white head. The aroma is citrus hop. The flavour is medium bitter with a hop bitter light fruit palate and long bitter finish. Medium bodied with flat carbonation. More like an English Golden Ale than an APA but very drinkable all the same.

Fat på Bishop Gustav. Smak och doft av humle, malt, citrus, karamell. Fruktig och frisk, beska med tydliga smaker av citrusskal, grapefrukt och maskrosstjälk. Beskan dock något onyanserad för helheten.

50 cl bottle (4,7%) @ Nurmo, BBE 14.12.??
Aroma is rather nice with sweet, tropical fruits and some caramel tones. Flavour has herbal bitterness, grapefruit, some tropical fruits and distant plastic tones. Finishes with stronger herbal tones. Unusual, the herb tones do not fit here. I wonder if they are the result of NZ hops?

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Golden clear. Bready malty, slight biscuity. Earthy hops, caramels. Med bodied, quite nice rounded, smooth feel. English esb-y, though the name sort of hinted towards a more new worldy drink. Nice still. Good drinkability, mellow. Seems this brewery really like their EKG’s and maris otters..
