Cask (Akkurat, Stockholm) - Dark brown with some red tinges when held to the light. Fruitcake, malt and some nutty notes in the aroma. Fruity and slightly tangy taste with notes of fruitcake, marzipan and nuts. The finish is rather warming and rich.

Clear dark amber with a small head. Aroma and taste of malt, some chocolate, nuts and toffee. Also some light hops and notes of medicine. The finish was dry. A descent beer.

Deep copper with a tan head.
Sweet and malty aroma with some toffee and chocolate.
Chocolate in the flavour as well.
Medium bitterness.

Draught at The Rover, Göteborg. Very dark amber beer with a nice beige/brownish head. Malty chocolate aroma,caramel, cocoa, fruity, raisins, grapes, some dades, nuts, floral notes. Chocolate flavor, cocoa, caramel, licorice, dades, raisins, roasted, nuts, milky, creamy, some sweet fruits. Very drinkable with chocolate finish, caramel, licorice and some cocoa powder.

Draught at Haket, Göteborg, Sweden. Clear mahogny, medium beige head. Typical Ocean nutty and caramelly malt aroma with floral hops. Medium bodied, medium carbonation. Semi dry, medium bitterness. Pretty nice.

Clear dark brown color, dense light caramel, smoke, alcohol, dry, wet stone taste. Warming alcohol. Medium to smooth mouthfeel. Sweet, smoke, spicy, phenolic scent, also liqourice. Medium bitterness that finishes dry.

Aroma: Candy sugar and dark berries.
Appearance: A dark chestnut colored beer. A low off-white head with small lacing and good curtains.
Taste: Tasting dark bread, red berries and apples, nettles.
Palate: Low carbonation, a fresh texture. A medium body with a slight dry finish.
Overall: The 7% ABV is extremely well hidden in this one. Very rewarding beer in all real ale aspects.

Clear red-brown coloured with a small off-white head.
Sweet and fruity aroma of caramel and dried fruits with notes of chocolate and burnt sugar.
Sweet and fruity flavour of caramel and dried fruits with roasted notes and notes of dark chocolate and nuts.
Sweet and roasted finish.

Cask @ Bishops Arms Gustav, Malmö. Pours a dark brown color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty weak spicy caramel aroma. Fruity malty spicy caramel flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy caramel finish with weak hoppy hints.

Cask at the Bishops Arms (Savoy) Malmo. Dark brown pour with a reddish hue, a thin broken tan head with a little lace. Fruity spicy and a little malty aroma. The flavour is bitter and malt. At 7% you would expect the alcohol to play a part and it’s very evident, however it doesn’t dominate. A real flavour packed and heart warming beer!
