Corpo e carbonizzazione medi. Piacevolissima scoperta.

Bottle. Frotju off-white good mostly lasting head. Red amber colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. More yeasty than roasted. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. Tastes like a mix of stout and brune.

Bottle from Intermarche supermarket, Les Charmilles, France. A very dark black-brown beer with ruby red highlights. It has a rich red fruity flavour, sour cherry notes, chocolate, currants and spicy fruit on the finish.

Bought at Brune Rousse Houblon in Nice, enjoyed at home
Pours dark brown, black in glass, thin offwhite head. Smells of toffee and chocolate, some roasted malts and earthy hops. Taste is medium sweet, also a surprising light sour acid thingy. If it’s an infection it’s not ruining this beer. Light maly, some chocolate and tart fruits. Some light bitter finish. Medium body, quite oily feel, soft carbonation
