750 bollte, very tart aroma...sour mellon, apple classic lambic nose. Got as a two pack gift with a Kriek. This was a no nonsense lambic, sour apple, mellon very dry, champagne like carbonation with no head. perfect on a real hot day.

Defiantly weird and bizarre. Over the top lambic style. I say style cuz it is real over top sour tart oak funk green apple wine vinegar and sour pear. I can see why some are poor ratings as it is too much over top like a pale that is actually a xxipa. Not rating this style just rating how much I enjoyed it. May be new category imperial lambic.

Bottle shared at Leightons place, 14/12/15. Aroma is pungent, vinegar, onion, dirty grains. Offensive. Dull golden orange coloured pour with no head. Flavour is sharp emetic, vinegar, sharp, musty grains, terrible. Palate is acid, sharp, moderate carbonation. Terrible beer.

Bottle. Pours a hazy light yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sour bitter fruit with a bit of funk and a grain backbone. Flavor has light sour fruit with a hint of acid, some funk and a light grain note.

Bottle shared at Steazyís- thanks Derek!! Yep this is total bullshit. This beer sucks. Watery slightly sour very little funk. Pedestrian water bullshit. 💩💩💩💩

Cloudy gold with no head. Aroma is slightly cheesy. Super watery, missing complexity, slightly tart open, no funk, finished overly sweet. Body is thick and flat.

Bottle thanks to Deyholla! Hazy gold pour with no head. Farty yeast. Mild green pepper. Flavor is papery, sort of milquetoast. Acidic and somewhat bilious on the finish. Totally uninteresting, lacks character. Light body, soft carb. Nothing ostentatious, weird, or bizarre about this. Fuck u.

Bomber shared by Derek - thanks! Hazy yellow pour with a small white head. Funky aroma. Slightly tart taste that fades very quickly. This is decent. But not even close to elite.

Bomber shared by Deyholla, thanks Derek. Light golden pour. Nice sour tart aroma. Good taste, decent brew. Nothing special.

Pour from a 75cl bottle at Chrisoís Xmas Tasting 2015. Thanks to Leighton for muling this one. Always a pleasure to get to drink such a horribly wrong beer. It pours a hazy murky pale golden color with a minimal white head. Aroma is harsh and acidic with notes of vinegar, white wine and acetone. Taste is harsh and intensely acidic and vinegarish, with more acetone. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation. Overall, disgusting and painful to sip in small quantity

Well, itís definitely a surreal experience for sure. Pale with minimal head. Nose of vinegar, nail polish remover, pear drops and hay. Taste is initially sweet but then big on the acetobacter (not in a good way and I like Hanssens), some pear drop mixed in. Syrupy mouthfeel, quickly stripped dry by acetone and vinegar that lingers on the finish. Appearance and palate are the only reason itís not a .5, although Iíd have given it negatives on the others if poss. This isnít clever or quirky, itís an experiment gone bad and one of the worst things Iíve ever had the displeasure of drinking.
