Free sample at brewery as was last of keg and real real cloudy..I’ll come back to re rate. Despite cloudiness great Sierra Nevada type nose with similar hop profile. Better yet had a great biscuit flavor that really added to this brew. A great session type of pale almost IPA like but not quite.

Pint at Porters Pub at UCSD. A medium brown colour without much head. A bit cold and gassy.

What an awesome pale..not an IPA. Glad to see they are not pushing it to an IPA. It is a pale with wonderful cascade like aroma. Exceptionally clean and crisp hops are noticeable but not overpowering. Very Sierra esq. a go to for sure!

Having at brewery now...2 bucks with oceanside glass..killer deal...aroma could be better with more hops. Pretty damn clear. Taste us what puts this in greatness. Perfect bitterness and dry finish. So clean and crisp...one of better pales I have had

"Very doft feel and aroma, which i liked, with an offness that i can’t quite put into words, which took away from it a little. overall a fairly nice juicy but perhaps a little simple pale ale."

Draft. A hazy pale golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and alcohol. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel - I find the maltblend boring, it also has light notes of yeast, leading to a dry, rather bitter, and spicy finish.

A: The pour is amber in color with a minimal cream colored head and some streaks of lacing. S: A light perception of bitterness on the nose along with a caramel and malty sweetness and a fairly subdued hop aroma in general. T: There is a fair amount of bread to the flavor along with a light caramel sweetness. As with the nose, the hop character is on the minimalist side with only a touch of bitterness and not much in the way of citrus or floral notes. M: A medium bodied beer with a full level of carbonation and a nice crisp feel on the tongue. D: A fairly mediocre pale ale over all, but it gets the job done. I would have preferred a bit more in the way of hop character, however.

Clear amber color/ white head. Mild floral hop aromas. medium body. Floral and pine hoppy flavors on a caramel sweet base. good.

On tap at PP Carlsbad. Pour is a clear copper. Hops, floral notes, and a pretty balanced amount of biscuits towards the end. Easy to drink, decent pale ale.
