Pours a reddish amber with a small off white head with a little lacing. Aroma is of toasted malts, caramel, sweet malts, and some light grassy hops. Taste is about the same as the aroma with the addition of some light pine and toffee notes. Has a medium body with a slightly creamy mouthfeel and a slightly bitter, medium finish. Overall, a decent, somewhat tasty amber ale.

Pours a copper color with a light malt aroma. Taste is mild sweet caramel, with a malt flavor. A clean smooth amber beer with a no aftertaste.

Draft at the brewery. Reddish amber, slight haze and small off white head. Caramel malts, a bit sweet, light bread, and light to medium citrus hop bitterness. Thin body. Pretty boring like most ambers.

On tap. Pours with a hazed copper hued body with a white head. Aromas are of mild yeast, appley, sweet, caramel, light grassy notes. Flavors show an odd bit of cheesy yeasty note (think Roquefort Blue), caramel malt, bready, caramelized with a low bit of butterscotch. Some apple esters. Sort of like a caramelized apple. Lively bubbles, thin and dry.

Pours hazy dark amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel and citrus. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter. Body is medium, texture is oliy, carbonation is soft.

On tap @ R. O’Sullivan’s. On barkeeps recommend, we tried this one in nonic pints. Pleasantly surprised at the complexity and lively hop character. Hard to pin-point particulars, beside bready caramel malts and citrus hops. Cloudy appearance, which I like. A very, very tasty beverage. Will have to try it again.

Hazy amber with a medium beige head. Aroma had toasted malt, caramel and grassy hops. Flavour had roasted malt, caramel and grassy hops. Finished dry and bitter.
