WOW great black cherry aroma...filled up kitchen. Got as a two pack with a lambik. very crehhy up front. light bubbly champagne like carbonation that assisted in the cherry aroma. first sip was predominatly the sour from the sour brew, then the cherry came through in the end. reminds me more of sour cherry beer from the states and not so much the brett sour kreiks from over the pond. Great summer beer when hangin in the heat.

Poured light ruby color. Very small white head with spritzer like carbonation that brought out the most delicious cherry aromas. Flavor was mostly cherries and very tart. The added dimension of horse barn and hayloft added to the great experience. Finished dry with tart like cherry yogurt.

At Khorys 750 ml bottle red wax. After popping top intense cherries. Poured reddish and very carbonated with some yeast chunks in bottled. Bottle conditioned. Flavor had the yeast and funk with rousing. Some phenolic so bit mostly sour tart cherries. Background of funk and oak and very dry champagne like finish with long lasting cherry flavor.

750 bottle red wax top labeled 2011. Poured pinkish color. Really carbonated but no head. Carbonation brought out intense cherry and raspberry aroma and some wet oak. Taste initially mildly tart with a mixture of oak and wet hay. Cherry predominates in beginning and then finishes to a dry Low alcohol cherry brandy.

Cherry cherry and more cherry. Behemoth cherry aroma from a real super carbonated brew. No head but super biggie carbonation of tiny bubbles that brought out tart cherries. The flavor matched with a incling of rustic oak and cellar wet grass hay notes. Super dry super great cherry and raspberry finish. I do not like cherry flavored beer generally but other side of coin I love cherry lambic, due to added funk as you all say.

Had at brewery by The Draft in Oceanside, light red orange color. Incredible dark sweet bing cherry aroma. Firm slightly sweet initial flavor, then a tart sour nite from the soured beer that balanced so well with the addition of cherries. Some oak and pine notes and wonderful wee little bubbles with no head but nothing but cherry effervescence. Finished very Chardonnay dry.

Cloudy dark orange garnet. Bottle conditioned from sediment I guess. Cherry aroma is fantastic, nose blowing, cherry bomb. Flavor is equal as big in cherry with cherry skin tartness. Very light in mouthfeel. Very very dry and light carbonation. Finished with the typical awesome funk found in the best krieks. Brett, barnwood, wet lumberyard. Excellent kriek.

Bottle sour share...750ml of pure cherry essence. It’s so big in cherry aroma with some funky wood. Taste of super super tart lambic type cherry. The meld between sour funk and cherries was almost perfect. Excellent.

Bottle pour split at home, brought this one back from CA with me for a friend, lemon orange color pour, strong sour aroma filed with cherry, taste like it was aged in a cherry juice barrel, basically gives off a woody cherry taste. pretty good sour.
