Nice malty aroma, no hop aroma with hints of chocolate. Good head and a clear garnet color. Taste was great. Good bitterness with a slightly sweet chocolate finish. Medium body with a pleasing finish. I went back for seconds.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Tap. Very dark with decent head- creamy like hot cocoa. Smells like bread, raisin, biscotti, and faint lemon (I know I always say that). Takes a minute for the flavor to kick in then meanders around. Starts with a light sweetness and a bit of roastiness, very slight sour undercurrent, then a light dry finish with a moderate bitterness.

1.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
Draft: Minty and lemony aroma, reminiscent of some sort of cleaning solution. Charred oak note also prominent. Brown, thin tan head. Sour soy sauce. Wow, the sourness is just not very good. Soured.

Nice dark pour and creamy head. Not much aroma, a little bit of smoke. Taste was very sweet and not very dry at all. I would label this a sweet stout if it were me.
