Odd Saison

COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The ODD SAISON is our first and most perfected brew to date. It is also our contribution to emphasize that Belgian style beer can be light-bodied and dry yet complex without giving you dizziness after just one sip. This beer has a moderate alcohol content with rich flavours from the Belgian Saison yeast accompanied with New Zealand Hops. This beer is considerably dry hopped which makes it a delight to drink fresh but evolves with time due to the yeast. The aromas from yeast and hops reach a peak after about 4 months on bottle. From there on hops will evade and the yeast will dominate. The result is a dry beer with tart notes of grapefruit and grapes. This beer is, like all other ODD brews, unpasteurized, unfiltered and bottle conditioned.
