Aroma of coffee in the medium bodied beer, a lot of coffee in the taste with a little chocolate on the flavor, ok

This one doesn't work for me. Interesting premise but I don't think they pulled it off. The coffee flavor without the roastiness of a darker beer is just weird. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Pours dark colored corn colored. Tiny head. Aroma of coffee and sweet coco. Flavor of sweet coffee, milk, and caramel. Very interesting. Pretty flavorful for the low ABV.

Aroma is coffee, sweet malt. Appearance is golden yellow, white. Taste is coffee, sweet malt, not much else. Mouthfeel is somewhat thick, all things considered, light carbonation. Overall, itís deceivingly good.

Pour on tap at the brewery, hazy golden pour with white head, aroma brought notes of vanilla, coffee bean, roast into some vanilla, hints of biscuit, slight cocoa almost into some sweet sugary notes. Taste was a mix of biscuit, grass into nice sweet vanilla, cocoa, coffee notes into some sugar, finishing sweet.

UPDATED: MAR 28, 2015 12oz bottle poured into pint glass. One of a few different Odd Side beers my brother brought back for me on a recent Michigan trip. Pours a very hazy orange with a large two finger off white head that leaves a good amount of lacing. Aroma is a little on the dank side. I?m getting bready malts, orange, grapefruit, and a hint of coffee. Taste is quite a bit different from the aroma. Citrusy, vanilla (didn?t expect that), toasted white bread, caramel malts, light chocolate, and just a touch of coffee. I like that the coffee is a bit more subdued. Really compliments the malts instead of taking center stage here. Nice bready and hop bitterness in the finish. Light medium bodied, slightly creamy texture, average carbonation. This is just an excellent all around beer here! Different and certainly a standout among blonde ales! I gotts get more of this!

Poured and blond, hazy, apricot colour. Very active carbonation with a foamy, white, half finger head and building over time. Aroma of vanilla and caramel. Faint coffee flavour. Slight bitterness. Excellent lacing. Light. Refreshing. long finish of mild bitterness.

(bottle - 12 oz) Clear gold with a fizzy head. Coffee aroma with some light caramel and grassy hops. Flavor has a surprising amount of coffee but not overly bitter. Really blends well and gives an interesting flavor.

waited a long time to try this because I did not think I would like it. Wrong. Pours a very light, slightly cloudy amber. Aroma is heavy of coffee and cocoa. Flavor the same with some vanilla. Medium bodied with a sweet finish that doesnt linger. Fantastic.
