SpongeRuiner (891) - Michigan, USA - MAR 20, 2015
Pours a dull slightly darker clear yellow color. A foamy white head with a thick wall of lacing. A grassy fresh hoppy aroma. A nice sublte hop bitterness upfront that blends into grapefruit almost tartness and feel. Good citrus back feel with staying refreshing. A nice hoppy lager.

superspak (3227) - Michigan, USA - MAR 18, 2015
12 ounce bottle into lager glass, bottled on 2/23/2015. Pours slightly hazy golden straw color with a 1 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big pineapple, grapefruit, tangerine, peach, mango, passion fruit, melon, lemon zest, orange peel, berry, cracker, light honey, floral, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with good balance and complexity of bright citrus/tropical hops and light pale malt notes; with good strength. Taste of pineapple, grapefruit, tangerine, peach, mango, passion fruit, melon, lemon zest, orange peel, berry, cracker, light honey, floral, and herbal//grassy earthiness. Fair amount of herbal/grassy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of pineapple, peach, mango, lemon zest, melon, berry, cracker, light honey, and herbal/grassy earthiness on the finish for a short bit. Damn nice complexity and balance of bright citrus/tropical hops and light-moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and light-medium bodied; with a very smooth, crisp, and slightly sticky mouthfeel that is great. Alcohol is well hidden with zero warming present after the finish as expected of 4.5%. Overall this is an excellent hoppy pale lager style. All around great complexity and balance of bright citrus/tropical hops and light-moderate pale malt flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A very enjoyable offering.

tectactoe (3081) - Michigan, USA - MAR 13, 2015
Bottle: Labeled as Chillindamos. Golden, toasted yellow pour with a bubbly bright white head that doesn’t last for very lost. Aroma loaded with heavy hop leaves, dirty hemp oil, green onion, wet mango & guava, light grapefruit rind, some dank resins, grass, & a bit of biscuity, buttery malt underneath. Very mild yeast. Crisp, clean flavor. Loads of hops, good mixture of herbal, floral, earthy, citric, & lightly tropical. Modestly bitter, but not over the top. Cracker malts, faint pine, lupulin oils, herbal leaves, white peppery grapefruit rind, light kiss of mango in the finish. Grassy, bready, & herbal with an earthy bitterness than lingers. Dry, light, yet flavorful. Really nice.

chucklemation (697) - Pontiac, Michigan, USA - MAR 13, 2015
Pours an effervescent, pale yellow with a long-lasting white foam head. Aroma is floral hops. Flavor is light citrus and bread, with some bitterness. Refreshing and light, but a little light on flavor.

bigtaster (778) - Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA - MAR 7, 2015
From a bottle with labeled "Chillindamos" into a snifter. Pale gold clear beer with large white head. Big hits of citrus, grapefruit, lemon, biscuit. Body is sweet, through to the finish, lightly carbonated, soft mouthfeel. Finish is sweet biscuit, a hint of butterscotch. This is as session-able as it gets, very balanced, easy to drink, and refreshing.

   AROMA 7/10   APPEARANCE 4/5   TASTE 8/10   PALATE 4/5   OVERALL 15/20
Pailhead (5443) - Plymouth, Michigan, USA - MAR 6, 2015
Bottle: The aroma consists of light tropical fruits, light lemon, crackers, and a touch of grapefruit. It pours a transparent gold with a small soapy white head that fades to a thin film outlined by a thicker ring. There is a good amount of soapy webbing left on the sides of the glass. The flavor starts with a light tropical fruits and a some light cracker. The finish has light lemon, lighter grapefruit, grass, and straw. It’s light-medium bodied with soft carbonation and mouthfeel. Overall, this is a nice session beer. I can see drinking a lot of this in the summer.

umich03jm (2552) - Flat Rock, Michigan, USA - MAR 5, 2015
Bottled as "Chillindamos". I assume this is the same beer. Hazy amber with a small head that fades to a nice ring. Aroma is great. Mango, pine, flowers, grapefruit, sweet cracker malt, and lemon. Taste has a light sweetness and light bitterness. Very smooth. Huge hop flavor mangos and pine mostly with also get lemons, crackers, stone fruit. Medium body. Soft carbonation. Great hoppy lager. And only 4.5%. They should can this and release it in the summer.
